Users should complete the LICENSE FORM, scan and email it to Prof. Jing
Ma via majing@nju.edu.cn. Users can login in after the permission is passed. If the LICENSE FORM is not uploaded successfully, or the information is wrong, users should correct and email it to us again. We will review the LICENSE FORM within 24 hours after users upload.
