2. 用户注册时除了填写基本信息之外，还要填写并扫描一份LICENSE FORM，将扫描件在右边的注册框内上传，我们审核后给予权限，用户才能成功登录。如果未上传LICENSE FORM或者信息有问题，就无法通过审核。通常用户上传后，我们会在24小时内审核。
